Our new chew toy arrived yesterday and our pup is already in love with it. It’s very durable which we needed because he manages to chew through any and all of his toys! It kept him busy for hours today and it smells so much better than his other bone toys. Also after hours of play, no teeth marks on it. Highly recommend-especially for aggressive chewers log our boy.

My super chewer loves this bone. Only problem is that he has bitten some of the nubs off and swallowed the ones I couldn’t get away from him. But the bone is still neat and he loves to chew it. Pleased with this purchase. Longevity is important to me – I hate buying things that don’t last. I think this bone will last a while. Thanks!

This toy is awesome. My dog is a 90lb out mix who destroys most toys. He is only a year and still a big chewer. He’s had this toy for a week and chews it constantly. Not a single spike has come off and no puncture holes. Great value!

Our dog will chew through a toy, bone…. anything really.. He loves this bone and has yet to destroy it! New toys last maybe a day around here and we are going strong on one week with no signs of stopping. Will be buying more of these!

I got this for our teething lab, as he seems to prefer chewing on more pliable toys (versus hard ones) during this phase. This item popped up after searching for some variation of “rubber teething dog chew toys” here on Amazon. I’m not sure if it’s because of Amazon’s settings, but this option should NOT have popped up because I had “teething” in my search parameters. As others have stated, the spikes are easily (within minutes, maybe less) nibbled off by any tortured teething terror. For our adult golden (who can be a hard chewer but usually chews for comfort), I have no doubt the toy would last longer. But I’m still pretty certain he’d successfully nibble off the nubs as well, if he were so inclined.My first thought when I saw the broken spikes was that I got a defective one (as the puppy didn’t have it for more than a few minutes). My next thought, after realizing how easily it was chewed through, was, “WHY DIDN’T I GET A PRODUCT FROM (insert any well-known trusted brand here)!?!”So, I blame myself in part…PROS:- size large is much bigger than expected- likely great for big dogs who just want something to chew (but not nibble)- price is what I’d expect to pay for a quality toy of its size- the smell of it is not overwhelming, though it is present; does not waft across the room & accost olfactory sensesCONS:- poor construction/material quality (I think Kong would have made something stronger!)- not worth the money (even if I didn’t get it thinking it was a teething toy)- somehow comes up as a “teething toy” option, which it is NOT

My dog loved this and immediately began chewing on it. She was very quickly able to chew off some of the spikes on it and continued to do so (thankfully not swallowing them). I let her keep the toy since she wasn’t swallowing the spikes and keep an eye on her when she is playing with it. She has chewed off most of them, but she does like the toy and plays with it still. The bone is super heavy and not something she will be able to destroy now that the spikes are gone.

This was a Christmas gift for my son and daughter-in-law’s English Bulldog, who seems to go through toys very quickly! He loved it…and it is DURABLE. Great toy for the aggressive chewers!

Our English Golden retriever is by no means an aggressive chewer; however, he does somehow chew in the same place on a chew toy causing it to eventually become boring for him. Since he has been using Jemesx he chews for a while, & puts it down for a rest & water. He really likes the splinter shards of red, he has pulled a few off & leaves them lying. This is a good toy for an enduring length of use & enjoyment for him.
