I guess, the flavor was good, because my finicky dog gobbled it up without hesitation.She was much calmer through the day, but for a half of the day she was making sound like throwing and was sneezing a lot. She is 19 lb jagd-terrier, so I gave her a half of chew, just to be on a caution side. It gave her an allergic reaction to the point that I was about to grab her and drive to the vet.So, maybe it is a good product, but in my case it gave me and my dog not a comfort, but an additional stress. The price of the product is too high and for me it was just wasted for nothing money.

My terrier won’t touch them . Not even hidden in other food . The smell is horribleI decided I really need to update this review . At the same time I started trying to give my pup this I gave him a new toy which included 6 little rubber squeaky toys . He became obsessed so I took all but 1 away . I had to put him in puppy jail to sleep that night because he was so out of control obsessed with this toy . He stiffened up so tense I thought he was going to bite me , I put him in and he did try made the noice but didn’t get me . Next morning let him out it’s like we have no routine none of what we do did he want anything to do with just this toy couldn’t let it out of its sight . Same thing back in for sleep cause I need a rest from him next day yesterday about 4:00 he seemed to mellow enough to come up to me with the toy he had all but chewed it apart I mean I’m shreds . He’s a little terrier . So I was able to get it away from him he was able to eat and he’s slept with me last night . He is normally a very affectionate pup and he has a huge happy personality I mean I really missed him he was not himself Today he’s very tired still has the eees rubber toy I gave him after dinner last night but it’s in one piece . He kissed me today several times but still not himself but way better . I continued to hide the clam treats in his food because of his behavior . Then he stopped eating all together so he hasn’t had any of Finn since yesterday and I now believe his behavior has nothing to do with the toy and everything to do with what is in these products . I also gave him 1 wa day of the Finn vitamin . . Please be ware and if your dog has similar response let me know and we can see what we can get done to together ! This was reallly scary for me and for Chance !

My 1yo pitbull is a rescue and spent a good time of his puppy-hood as a stray. He has a lot of fear and anxiety from that time. While we are working with his vet and an animal behavior specialist on this, I needed something that can calm him down just enough each night. He digs, chews and barks when anxious and has house accidents. I gave him two of these chews and he got sleepy. So I tried giving him one chew at a time, and it worked like a charm. Just enough to take the edge off so he isn’t destroying furniture (and good vibes), but is still his playful self. I’m amazed at how well this worked, and effect seems to last all evening. Helped to keep him calm and focused at his obedience class too. I’m so grateful to Finn for this product. Legit, this works. Only downside for me is that my pup doesn’t like the flavor, but I just cover it in peanut butter and he eats it up.

I will say these do help my German shorthaired pointer calm down if I ask him to lay down and stay. He an active breed so when I need him to sit tight for an hour orTwo it does what it needs to. These aren’t magic pills so if you don’t exercise your dog physically or mentally these won’t do all the work for you. They still need that throughout the day along with these if you’re going for a more relaxed dog. My only complaint is that it makes my male dog who is not neutered a little to happy and relaxed if you know what I mean. So that’s annoying but if I ask him to go to his crate he complies and takes a nap. So I can see the benefits.Overall:1. Not a magic solution if you’re not going to get your animal physical or mental exercise throughout the day.2. My young male dog gets a little to “happy”and relaxed so sometimes needs to be sent to his crate to relax and sleep.

My dog goes crazy when we have friends over. Barking jumping etc. We gave him three a hour before they arrived and he was so much better.

The product seems to be working when needed but we can never tell as my chubby boy is pretty calm when we are home. He doesn’t like being alone.
