Can multiple people see my dog on their phone?
With your permission, yes. They just need to download the PitPat app and you can ‘share’ your dog with them.
Can I have multiple dogs in the same app?
Yes! Each dog just needs their own device. You can then easily flip between your dogs’ profiles in the PitPat app.
Is there a subscription or any hidden fees?
No! Once you’ve bought your PitPat GPS, there is nothing more to pay to be able to find your dog whenever you need to.
How accurate is PitPat’s GPS tracking technology?
PitPat uses GPS technology to find your dog’s location. Under normal conditions, it can track your dog’s location to within a few metres.
How long will the battery last?
With normal use, most people will have a battery life of weeks instead of days, thanks to our clever tech designed to reduce power consumption.

Being gps, satellite signals may vary locally.You have to say you are starting a walk, to enable live tracking.End walk at the end (save battery) the charging is stighly unreliable,, you need to put a rubber band a round the pad to had the tracker in place

This is amazing, very good no monthly payments, GPS a bit slow when locating but once locating its brilliant every dog owner nightmare losing your dog.This gives you peace of mind and customer service is excellent well done pitpat

Check range for your geographical area!
Nice looking and beautifully packed but couldn’t locate dog’s position in our part of Cumbria so did a test elsewhere! Whichever system they use isn’t comprehensive. Returned and refunded. Disappointing that I tried suggestions from company on the days over festive period they were meant to be working. Only received standard emails.

Great little tracker, fits nicely on our pups collar or harness. Battery life OK, have to charge it full to have the best coverage.

Battery and coverage poor.
Cannot fault customer service as they have been very helpful. Unfortunately the tracker has been very disappointing and inconsistent. Some days it would track and others it did not, all being in the same area as well. Area postcode was covered well by satellite but the battery was draining in less than 24hrs.

The product is being advertised on all social platforms, TV commercials and CEO videos saying there is no subscriptions but when I go and see what my dog has done on a map I find out I then have to pay a subscription… shocked, goes against everything advertised and now iv spent 3 x more then other products out there

Great product!
This product is great. It helps us to keep on top of how many steps our dog is doing each day, and also to know we can keep an eye on her location if she is running around the park off the lead! Love the colour selections too. Would recommend!

Poor
Very disappointed not only the poor battery life but poor signal.Definitely would not recommend under any circumstances.
